Chris Pike
"Pike" has been a licensed real estate agent since 2004. Since
that time, he has successfully brokered over $100,000,000 worth of
transactions. Pike has been involved in every aspect of
commercial real estate, but has specialized in the investment and
development aspects of the business. Site selection for
anything from the smallest bank pad site to the largest
residential, commercial, or multi-family development, is his
specialty, along with identifying and valuation of income producing
investment properties. Since 2004, Pike has brokered over 300,000
square feet of office space in the Baton Rouge Metro area. He
has also been responsible for the development and leasing of over
2,000,000 square feet of retail strip centers across
Louisiana. He has had land sales that totaled $20,000,000 in
that time frame.
Chris also serves as the Co-Property Manager for Mike Falgoust
and Associates, LLC Property Management Division where he oversees
the property management portfolio of over 75,000 SF of commercial
space.
