Michael Falgoust, SIOR
Mike Falgoust began his professional real estate career in 1975.
He is the past President of the LA-MS-AL Chapter of the Society of
Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR). Mike is also Past
President and Member of the Year of the Commercial Investment
Division of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors
(GBRAR). In addition, he has served on several committees of the
East Baton Rouge Parish Planning and Zoning Commission, including
the rewriting of the Unified Development Code (UDC) and the PUD and
SPUD Ordinances. Mike has been an industrial presenter for five
Trends in Real Estate Seminars.
Mike's experience and extensive client base has enabled him to
be one of the top commercial brokers in Baton Rouge and South
Louisiana.
